We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of our Magento-powered website.

At TJDC, we’re the go-to display partner for some of the world’s most prestigious jewellery and watch brands. With a strong B2B focus, we’re now looking to strengthen our online presence and customer experience—and that’s where you come in.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of our ecommerce operations, helping to shape the online experience for our global customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, updating, and optimising website content and product listings
  • Driving sales through smart merchandising, seasonal campaigns, and promotions
  • Managing product recommendations and coordinating email marketing efforts
  • Using data to analyze performance and spot opportunities for growth
  • Working with our developers to improve the site and roll out new features
What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone proactive, hands-on, and with a keen eye for detail. If you enjoy balancing creativity with data and love improving the online customer journey, we’d love to hear from you.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • A background in online trading, merchandising, or computing & IT
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and working to deadlines
  • Experience managing a Magento website (this will really make your application shine)
