About the JOB:

  • Support in managing the online business in the UK and EU regions
  • Create and manage new product listings on Amazon and online shop, including product details, images, keywords, and A+ content
  • Drive sales, profit growth, and market expansion for personal care and beauty brands to optimize revenue
  • Prepare sales/performance reports for regular reviews
  • Enhance operational excellence to achieve sales targets
  • Liaise with advertising agencies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to develop content that enhances brand awareness and supports sales performance
  • Assist with keyword research and listing optimization for ads and organic ranking
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Resolve issues related to seller accounts on Amazon
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Management and other business units to ensure sufficient inventory for daily and seasonal sales
  • Evaluate promotion effectiveness and ensure efficient expenditure
  • Enhance the brand’s position by identifying opportunities, driving awareness, and increasing margins
  • Research category trends and provide market insights to support decision-making by MD

About YOU:

  • Experience in online business management
  • Passionate about and familiar with the consumer goods industry
  • Good understanding of customer needs and shopping habits in the consumer goods sector
  • Strong analytical skills, sales-driven, ambitious, proactive, and a collaborative team player
  • A proven track record in sales and account management is a plus
