Enhance our digital presence. Shape the online customer experience.

We’re looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to join the MMG (Magnetics & Measurement Group) Marketing Team in Sheffield, supporting both Eclipse Magnetics and Bowers Group Marketing. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role focused on delivering a seamless and engaging digital customer experience, while supporting the growth of online sales through data-led content and continuous optimisation.

Reporting to the MMG Marketing Manager, you’ll be central to the execution of our ecommerce strategy. You’ll manage and update the online product catalogue, create compelling visual content, and help develop promotional campaigns that reach and convert our target audiences. Alongside your creative skills, you'll use data and analytics to monitor performance, spot trends, and recommend improvements across our digital channels.

You’ll liaise closely with colleagues in Operations, Sales, and Customer Services to ensure every part of the online journey—from product visibility to fulfilment and support—runs smoothly. You’ll also work with external IT partners to troubleshoot technical issues and implement website updates that improve usability and performance.

You’ll be responsible for capturing product photography and editing images to maintain a high standard of visual presentation across ecommerce platforms. The ability to produce short-form video content for web and social media would be an advantage, as would working knowledge of platforms like Shopify and tools such as Google Analytics, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Strong communication and collaboration skills will be essential, as you’ll be supporting internal teams and external distributors with accurate product content, technical information, and promotional assets. A background in digital marketing or ecommerce, along with an understanding of SEO principles and campaign planning, will help you thrive in this fast-moving environment.

This role suits someone who is organised, adaptable, and technically minded—someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys seeing their work directly impact customer experience and commercial results.

If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your career in digital marketing and ecommerce within a collaborative and forward-thinking team, this could be a strong next step.

If this sounds good, then drop us an email to ([emailprotected]) with your CV and salary expectations, telling us why this is the role for you.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK, as we are unable to provide Visa sponsorship for this role.
