Job summary

Cotswold Outdoor Group is seeking an Ecommerce Content & Optimisation Executive to shape how we inspire customers, support stores, and grow our adventurer community. The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days in the office each week, based at our Swindon head office in 1 Newbridge Square.

You’ll build and publish engaging onsite content, support seasonal campaigns, and use analytics to optimise the customer journey and personalise experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, digital content or online retail.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and insights.
• Familiarity with CMS tools, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Curiosity about customer behaviour and delivering online experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and publish onsite content using AEM across homepages and campaign pages.
• Support seasonal campaigns, promotions and trading events.
• Deliver personalised experiences through content.
• Analyse customer behaviour and content performance with analytics tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys through testing and insights.
• Own assigned A/B tests and report results with improvements.
• Support Retail Media campaigns with accurate and effective placements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver content on time.
• Share insights and best practices for ecommerce optimization.
• Develop expertise in ecommerce optimization and personalisation.
