LeMieux has an exciting opportunity for an e-Commerce Campaigns Lead seeking a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company.

We have an ambitious vision and are expanding our 180-strong global team to achieve it. You will work alongside our e-commerce team and collaborate with wider departments to deliver an exceptional e-commerce experience, helping to position LeMieux as the most exciting equestrian brand worldwide.

This role is ideal for a passionate equestrian interested in working for a leading industry brand. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager and Head of E-commerce, you will significantly influence our growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting the launch of marketing campaigns, new products, seasonal updates, and website functionalities.
2. Collaborating with marketing and photography teams to create compelling website content that balances creative and commercial needs.
3. Enhancing the customer journey on the website, optimizing every touchpoint for a better shopping experience.
4. Merchandising the website with impactful imagery, graphics, and layouts to promote the brand and improve conversions.
5. Managing the website trading and merchandising roadmap, including visual updates, testing, and page optimizations.
6. Maintaining B2C and B2B websites by updating listings, categories, content, navigation, and homepages.

Requirements

• A passion for horses and the equestrian lifestyle is essential.
• Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Creative flair to ensure the website is both high converting and visually striking.
• Ability to analyze data and report on work impact.
• Ambition to grow with the company.
• Comfortable working with software systems and technology.

Please note: This is a full-time position based Monday to Friday at our East Wellow office near Romsey. We value strong team bonds and effective in-person collaboration.
