Job description

The Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation (ALPA) is the largest First Nations corporation in Australia with over 1400 team members, operating in 26 remote locations across the Northern Territory and Queensland. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital E-Commerce & Business Development Officer to champion the growth, strategy, sales and development of our online presence and e-commerce platform.

You will be instrumental in improving our market presence, seeking opportunities for growth, identifying trends and adapting our E-Commerce business practices to continuously remain competitive in the digital arena. You will be a key contributor to strategy and implementation of initiatives that drive our digital success.

This position is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement E-Commerce marketing strategies to grow ALPA’s Community Services online platforms increasing online sales.
  • Enhance our online shopping experience by optimizing product listings, customer support, feedback mechanisms and ensuring the visuals are impactful.
  • Drive revenue growth by leveraging effective merchandising, promotions and other digital strategies.
  • Utilise web analysis to identify actionable improvements that can be made on the websites to further drive conversions and manage the changes through end to end.
  • Review and enhance the online customer journey by streamlining the online experience, removing friction points and leveraging best industry practices.
  • Nurture and cultivate meaningful partnerships with stakeholders and local organisations.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales.
