We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Assistant for L'Artisan Parfumeur. In this role, you will support the smooth running of our growing eCommerce business, working cross-functionally to assist with website merchandising, on-site projects and digital media & CRM campaigns to provide an outstanding user experience. You will work alongside the Ecommerce teams for Penhaligon's (and more brands to come!), sitting in the broader Global Digital & Consumer Marketing team of +35 people.
L'Artisan Parfumeur is part of Puig, a family-owned fashion and beauty business based in Barcelona.
Trade
- Work cross-functionally to ensure the website is updated in line with the Digital & Marketing Plan.
- Working closely with the Ecommerce Executive and Performance Marketing team, ensure trading plan is properly executed, coordinating assets, messages and linking strategy.
- Support in the definition of the trading plan to reach targets with innovative ideas.
- Identify opportunities to improve website performance and conversion rate to drive sales.
- Together with the Ecommerce Executive, lead the weekly trading meeting with Customer Service, Demand Planning and Logistics, aligning everyone on upcoming campaigns.
Web
- Add new products to the site, upload the product images in DAM and set up the SKUs in Hybris. Add product copy and product attributes in Hybris.
- Set up promotions in Hybris for the different channels and markets and track their performance.
- Set up public sales and ad hoc campaigns in Hybris (Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.) and track their performance.
- Ensure the successful delivery of the website development roadmap, making onsite changes in the CMS and testing new website features working hand in hand with tech teams.
- Work closely with tech teams to ensure the smooth running of the site.
- Monitor the site performance and flag to tech if something’s not working on site or the CMS.
- Support customer service with ad hoc requests, cleaning orders in Hybris and on day-to-day site maintenance requests.
- Oversee content updates in CMS (homepage, landing pages, etc.) and work on merchandising calendar according to trade plan.
- Constantly go through the sites (UK and US) to make sure homepage, product pages and landing pages are merchandised properly and meet the brand standards.
- Merchandise website product pages and categories to drive eCommerce sales performance, monitoring out of stocks items. Together with the Ecommerce Executive, monitor tactical inputs regarding site contents and visual merchandising.
- Lead a weekly merchandising meeting with the rest of the Ecommerce team and be owner of changes on site, new inputs and performance tracking.
- Be the point of contact with brand team, briefing and ensuring content assets are delivered on time and track their performance on Content Square.
- Understanding, reviewing and actioning points from Customer Service.
