Ecommerce Assistant – Graduate / Entry Level

Location: Frasers Group Head Office, Shirebrook

Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Contract: Initially until end of year, with view to becoming permanent

Holidays: 20 days per year

About the Role:

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are proud to be working with U&I Entertainment, a leading UK video games supplier and creator, to recruit Ecommerce Assistants to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or entry-level candidates who are passionate about ecommerce and the gaming industry. You will be based at the Frasers Group Head Office, working closely with the GAME team and supporting the delivery of online trading activity across multiple brands.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support product setup including copy, imagery, and listings
  • Manage pre-orders, product launches, and replenishment activity
  • Maintain pricing, budgets, and forecasts
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure stock availability
  • Assist with trade marketing campaigns and product promotions
  • Support internal planning and reporting
  • Monitor online performance and help identify opportunities to improve results

About You:

This role would suit a recent graduate or someone with strong attention to detail and an interest in ecommerce, retail, or gaming.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn
  • Organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident using Excel and digital tools
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working in a team
  • Passionate about gaming, technology, or digital retail

Working Arrangements

As we approach peak trading season, this role will be office-based Monday to Friday until December. After that, there may be the opportunity to work from home 1–2 days per week.
