Hayley Group Limited are looking for an eCommerce Apprentice to join our well-established and experienced team based at our HQ in Halesowen. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the eCommerce Apprentice opportunity
As our eCommerce Apprentice, you will be joining the team who overseas the functionality, user experience, and performance of the company s e-commerce platform, ensuring the websites are optimised for B2B and B2C sales.
This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in online sales, SEO, PPC Marketing and digital marketing strategies.
As a foundation to developing your skills we'll put you through an apprenticeship focused on business adminstration or customer services.
In a typical day you can be servicing and supporting the branch network and customers directly, making calls and liaising with customers. You will also be learning business systems that are key to providing an ecommerce solution to MRO procurement
You be tech savvy, confident and eager to learn. Creativity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key.

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
This is based on-site Monday to Friday.

Candidates selected for interview will be asked to prepare a for an interview lasting 1 hour focused on skills, knowledge, experience and motivations. There may be an additional interview stage which be confirmed to shortlisted candidates.
