Location: London

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading beauty business seeking an Ecommerce and CRM Manager offering up to £70,000 plus a 10% bonus. The role requires 2 to 3 days per week in the office.

The successful candidate will manage the DTC website and CRM systems, overseeing trading, strategy, and operations to drive sales and improve customer experience. Responsibilities include managing eCommerce trading, promotions, product listings, stock alignment, and executing CRM strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
