The eCommerce Analytics Manager is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the Omni organization by leading the development and execution of eCommerce and retail media reporting and analysis. This role will track eCommerce sales performance, market trends, and key business drivers, identifying growth opportunities through data insights. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, media, and category management, to align data strategies with business objectives.

What You Do.



  • Retail Media Performance & Optimization:

    • Analyze retail media investments and performance, providing insights into campaign effectiveness and optimizations.

    • Develop models to evaluate the impact of search and display investments on sales and business growth.

    • Collaborate with omni-channel, media, and content teams to ensure data-driven decision-making in campaign execution.

    • Set up measurement frameworks to test new approaches and conduct deep dive analysis on an ad-hoc basis to uncover opportunities and drive performance improvements.



  • eCommerce Reporting & Business Insights:

    • Lead the development of eCommerce reporting, tracking sales performance, trends, and key business drivers.

    • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitive benchmarks, and retailer data.

    • Partner with stakeholders to provide clear, data-backed recommendations that influence business decisions.



  • Data Strategy & Visualization:

    • Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into eCommerce and retail media performance.

    • Leverage data science methodologies to assess campaign effectiveness and refine campaign strategies.

    • Identify and implement new tools and methodologies to enhance data accessibility and decision-making.



  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and category management teams to align eCommerce data strategies with overall business goals.

    • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership and key stakeholders.

    • Support content and search teams with performance analytics to inform continuous improvement efforts.

    • Collaborate with media analytics team on tools, measurement approach, and insights.




SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Manages the eCommerce Marketing Analyst.

  • Provides guidance and mentorship in analytics best practices.


Skills & Abilities



  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of deriving insights from data and taking real-time action.

  • Skilled in defining KPIs and benchmarks for content and search performance.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and analytics platforms.


Your Education and Experience.



  • Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of experience in analytics, digital marketing, or eCommerce (CPG or retail preferred).

  • Strong proficiency in eCommerce and retail media platforms (e.g. Profitero, Pacvue, Circana, Walmart Connect, KPM, etc.).

  • Experience in retail media performance analysis, search optimization, and campaign measurement.

  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau preferred).

  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, full-funnel KPIs, and search optimization techniques.

  • Advanced Excel skills with strong quantitative abilities to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
