Ecommerce Analyst

Salt has exclusively partnered with a sustainable fashion brand based in East London. You will report to the Head of Ecommerce, who is ex-ASOS and highly experienced. This role is suitable for candidates with an ecommerce analytics background who want to focus more on the analytical aspects of their role.

You will join a small, talented, and collaborative team passionate about sustainable fashion and investing in their employees' futures. This role offers the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, advancing your career.

The Role
  • Your analysis will inform recommendations affecting customer experience, conversion rates, repeat rates, and future web developments.
  • Produce reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and presentations to provide actionable insights.
  • Regularly review the website to identify improvements and troubleshoot GA4 issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze digital marketing performance and provide recommendations across channels.
  • Visually merchandise products on the site and support cross/up-selling based on trading performance, marketing activity, and stock levels.
  • Support trade activity planning through analysis of promotional activities and product performance to inform your recommendations.
Your Experience

Ideal candidates will have a background in ecommerce analytics, with a strong understanding of GA4. A passion for uncovering insights behind the data and communicating the "so what" is essential.
