Forward Role Recruitment is helping a household-name UK retailer hire an Ecommerce Executive to join the Deeside HQ. This hands-on role supports the day-to-day running of the ecommerce department, manages product listings and campaigns, and keeps the online storefront fresh, accurate and commercially sharp.

You will work four days in the office, collaborating with buying, marketing and IT to optimise product selection, pricing, banners and promotions, while analysing sales data to spot trends

Responsibilities

• Product management - updating listings and coordinating with supply chain.
• Campaign execution - plan and deliver online deals and promotions using trends and events.
• Content and merchandising - keep banners, descriptions and site content fresh.
• Data analysis - review sales and customer behavior to spot trends.
• Sales and performance monitoring - track category performance and inform stock decisions.
• Cross-functional collaboration - work with buying on product selection, availability and pricing.
• Channel optimisation - collaborate with marketing to optimise traffic via email, social and affiliates.
• Working with IT - flag site and system opportunities or issues to development teams.

About the role

This is a hands-on role at the heart of a fast-moving online business, supporting the day-to-day running of the ecommerce department. You'll manage product listings, execute promotional campaigns, and help keep the online storefront fresh, accurate and commercially sharp.

What you'll be doing

• Product management - updating listings and working with ranging and supply chain teams to manage inventory
• Campaign execution - coordinating and delivering online campaigns, using trends, events and competitor insight to plan deals and promotions
• Content and merchandising - keeping banners, product descriptions and site content fresh and appealing
• Data analysis - reviewing sales and customer behaviour to spot trends and opportunities
• Sales and performance monitoring - tracking category performance and using data to inform stock decisions
• Cross-functional collaboration - working with buying teams on product selection, availability and pricing
• Channel optimisation - working with marketing to optimise traffic across email, social and affiliates, and nominating products for email selection
• Working with IT - flagging site and system opportunities or issues to the development team
