We are now looking for a Supervisor of ECOM Operations to join us. • Collaborate with teams to gather feedback and improve operations.
  • Work with customer service to resolve escalated issues and order discrepancies.
  • Manage inventory tasks with attention to detail, including omni-channel order processing.
  • Lead, coach, and support ECOM associates, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with retail operations to manage stock discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Promote a positive work environment aligned with Reformation’s values and culture.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, creative service or retail environment.
  • Familiarity with digital technologies across devices.
  • Experience in sales or operational roles within retail or similar sectors.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strategic problem-solving approach.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, adaptable to ambiguity and change.

Compensation & Benefits:

The base hourly rate is approximately $15.00, dependent on experience and qualifications. There may be opportunities for discretionary bonuses based on performance. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, commuter benefits, paid time off, retirement support, and fertility care assistance. This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
