Title: Ecom and Digital Executive
This is a part-time position.
Reporting to: Creative Directors
Candidate Profile: At least 5 years of relevant ecommerce trading management experience within a similar fashion retail business, ideally working with Shopify+. Must be fully versed in end-to-end online trading operations, including marketing, with a holistic view of driving growth in a multi-channel retail environment. Experience with high-profile DTC Luxury RTW brands and a proven track record in successful ecommerce activities are preferred. A creative eye and brand alignment understanding are vital. The candidate will work closely with senior management and external consultants daily, reporting directly to the Directors. Must have experience with web analytics platforms, project management, and the ability to work across multiple departments. Organized, methodical, with strong time management skills, problem-solving abilities, multitasking skills, and excellent communication skills with a positive attitude.

- Knowledge of attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the brand’s digital trading plan with P&L responsibility, including weekly and monthly forecasts and targets for ecommerce metrics such as ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, and units per transaction.
- Create and analyze weekly and monthly trading and product performance reports.
- Analyze impacts of all key campaigns and events.
- Contribute to key trading periods on-site, ensuring sales are live and accurate within required timeframes.
- Act as the main contact for 3PL’s (UK) for ecommerce activities, including order flow, integration issues, SLA adherence, stock management, peak season planning, and evolving business needs.
- Manage website content updates, including optimizing category and product pages, banners, coding, and merchandising in line with brand aesthetics.
- Ensure new season products are loaded onto Shopify+ ahead of launches.
- Collaborate with production teams for product launch planning.
- Implement SEO best practices in all new content.
- Plan and create website promotions with business heads.
- Ensure the D2C customer experience exceeds expectations.
- Develop competitor benchmark reports to propose website improvements.
- Oversee email/CRM campaigns to attract and retain customers, increasing revenue and engagement.
- Keep customer service teams informed about plans, promotions, and initiatives.
- Lead integrations and website optimization projects.
- Manage projects for new business proposals.
