DESCRIPTION
- Own the demand side of the P&L, focusing on revenue and brand & marketing budgets/KPIs.
- Lead eCommerce Trading by managing visual merchandising, product presentation, signposting, and engaging content to drive sales, utilizing analytical and CRO tools to optimize performance.
- Manage Paid Media (Acquisition) team to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality traffic to meet objectives.
- Oversee Customer Retention strategies including eCRM, segmentation, customer insights, loyalty/VIP programs, community initiatives, and emerging channels.
- Set and monitor CPA/CaC and LTV metrics by customer segment to ensure profitable retention activities and establish team KPIs.
- Foster collaboration across functions to clarify short- and medium-term tactics and objectives.
- Develop insights sharing with third-party partners to position Jaded London as a leader in eCommerce.
- Support Technology team in designing and deploying tools necessary for objectives.
- Collaborate with Brand and Sales teams to incorporate tactical offers and promotions into campaigns.
- Work with Commercial and Finance Analysts to optimize activities through customer, marketing, and business insights.
- Hire, lead, and coach a high-performing team.
- Provide expertise on eCommerce best practices, CRO, CPA, and LTV.
- Stay updated on industry trends through training and research.
- Influence internal stakeholders and external partners positively.
- Communicate effectively across the organization.
- Uphold Jaded London’s PLAYBOOK and maintain a customer-centric mindset.
Success in 6 months: Jaded London on track for £50m net revenue in 2024/25 with clear strategic/tactical plans for 2025/26.
Success in 2 years: Achieve >£70m revenue, USA as largest market, expansion into new markets, CPA:LTV increased by >50%, and revenue growth with cost reduction.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years managing or leading digital retail/eCommerce P&L, with cross-border fashion/apparel experience a plus.
- Deep knowledge of demand creation via social and paid media.
- Expertise in CRO techniques.
- Strong CRM strategy and tactics knowledge for customer LTV growth.
- Proficiency with Shopify+ and third-party applications like Nosto.
- Global experience, particularly in USA and Europe.
