Job summary

A leading ecological consultancy based in the UK is looking for an Ecologist to join their team in Norwich. The role includes managing various projects from ecological assessments to protected species surveys. An early-career Ecologist or an experienced Assistant Ecologist will thrive in this role. Key skills needed include project management, knowledge of ecological legislation, and proficiency in Microsoft software. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Ecological Consultancy.
• Experience in Preliminary Ecological Appraisals and protected species surveys.
• Knowledge of UK and European wildlife regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple ongoing projects including survey design and client interaction.
• Liaise with in-house and external consultants.
• Ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
