Responsibilities

  • Conduct ecological surveys and assessments in line with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide expert advice on Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) strategies and implementation.
  • Prepare detailed ecological reports, including impact assessments and mitigation plans.

Qualifications

Some experience within ecological consultancy, with a strong understanding of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG).

Knowledge of relevant UK legislation, policies, and ecological survey methodologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Membership or eligibility for membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., CIEEM) is desirable.

A valid UK driving license is preferred.
