A recruitment agency is seeking a Principal Ecologist to review planning proposals and provide ecology advice to the Council. The role:
We are seeking an experienced Ecologist who will be required to review planning application proposals and pre-application enquires and provide ecology advice to the Council's Development Management team on such proposals.
You will need to include the requirement to consider Biodiversity Net Gain as part of any development proposals, and it may also be necessary to provide ecology advice to other officers within the Council on policy, strategy and development matters, as appropriate.
It is not anticipated that the role will require any site visits.
