Construction & Civils Solutions Limited is recruiting an Ecologist for a major roads project near Pitlochry. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £35,000–£45,000 depending on experience.

You will carry out ecological surveys, advise engineers and site teams, oversee mitigation measures, monitor compliance, maintain survey records and deliver toolbox talks to raise ecological awareness on site.

Formación

• Degree in Ecology or a related subject.
• Experience in an ecological role, ideally supporting construction or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Scottish wildlife legislation, protected species and habitat management.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Previous Ecological Works experience, protected species survey licences and CIEEM membership would be advantageous.

Ecologist - Major Roads Project

We are recruiting an Ecologist on behalf of a leading civil engineering contractor delivering a major new roads project in Pitlochry.

Working closely with the environmental and construction teams, you will provide practical ecological advice, helping protect habitats and wildlife throughout construction.

Key responsibilities
