This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being site-based, working closely with contractors and clients, and ensuring environmental compliance throughout the construction process.

Projects typically include:
Onshore wind farms
Overhead Line (OHL) developments

Grid connection projects
Associated infrastructure works
You will work across multiple sites throughout the Highlands and Islands, supporting a range of major consultancies, developers and contractors involved in the delivery of Scotland's energy and infrastructure sectors. Acting as the key environmental presence on site, you will work closely with construction teams, project managers and regulators to ensure works are delivered in line with environmental commitments, consent conditions and best practice. There will also be opportunities to assist with ecological surveys and develop broader environmental knowledge and skills.
Typical working hours are 40 hours per week across five days, with occasional weekend work depending on project requirements. Travel across the Highlands and Islands should be expected as part of the role.
