We’re looking for a proactive and strategicEcosystem Analystto help us grow and strengthen our innovation ecosystem. In this key role, you’ll identify and develop strategic partnerships, support innovation programmes, and ensure we maximise value from our ecosystem relationships.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values creativity, curiosity, and continuous improvement. This is your chance to make a real impact—driving innovation that benefits our business, our partners, and our communities.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and promote innovation outcomes through various channels.
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across academia, industry, and the supply chain.
  • Support innovation funding bids, including the Ofwat Innovation Fund.
  • Develop tools and strategies to manage ecosystem engagement and assess partnership value.
  • Support internal and external innovation campaigns, helping ideas grow from concept to implementation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage complex relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and a passion for innovation.
  • Background in innovation, ecosystem development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in the water sector or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with innovation frameworks and methodologies.

*Part time working will also be considered for this role.
