ECO Scheme Manager – Energy Efficiency Projects

Location: East London

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

A leading energy efficiency provider is seeking an experienced ECO Scheme Manager to oversee the delivery of ECO4 and GBIS-funded projects. You’ll manage end-to-end scheme operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ECO project pipelines from planning to completion
• Act as main liaison for clients, funders, and internal teams
• Resolve project delays and maintain strong customer relationships
• Lead and support the delivery team
• Track and report performance to internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Proven project management experience in ECO or energy efficiency schemes
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of domestic energy technologies and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PAS 2035 is a plus
