Key Responsibilities

  1. Door-to-door outreach: Engage directly with households, educating them on energy efficiency solutions and available government funding.
  2. Customer engagement: Build trust and rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions.
  3. Sales presentation: Deliver persuasive and personalised proposals that demonstrate the financial and environmental benefits of upgrades.
  4. Record keeping: Maintain accurate data on leads, customer interactions, and outcomes using company tools.

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales or transferable experience: Previous door-to-door, telesales, or customer service experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills: Confident, clear, and persuasive verbal skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated: Driven to succeed in a performance-based environment.
  • Organised and reliable: Capable of managing time, follow-ups, and documentation with precision.
  • Adaptable and proactive: Able to think on your feet and tailor your approach to different customer situations.

Additional Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence (travel to different locations may be required).
  • Access to a smartphone and/or tablet for tracking leads and managing appointments.
  • Full training provided, covering energy schemes, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
