A leading financial institution seeks a Vice President for its Private Capital team in London. The role involves originating and executing private placements, coordinating with clients and investors, and overseeing junior team members. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and relevant investment banking experience in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
As a Vice President in the Private Capital team, you will be responsible for originating, structuring and executing private placements of equity and equity-linked securities for late-stage private companies across sectors. You will lead deal execution efforts, manage junior resources, interface with investors and Clients and play a key role in strategic advisory initiatives relative to private capital raising. This role requires strong analytical skills, transaction experience and a deep understanding of the private capital ecosystem, including private equity, growth equity, venture capital, flexible equity-credit capital and crossover investor dynamics.
