This position is every Friday-Sunday, 7:00am-5:30pm, 30 Hours/Week.

Perform daily clinical operations of the Echocardiography Lab, including performing Transthoracic and Transesophageal Echocardiograms, Contrast Studies using Definity, Bubble Studies, Stress Echocardiograms, and Chemical Stress Echocardiograms. This includes preliminary interpretation of studies, assessing ventricular performance, and assisting during transesophageal procedures. The sonographer will utilize 2D, M-Mode, and Doppler techniques to evaluate and record pertinent anatomical, pathological, and functional data, aiding in diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include patient assessment, procedure planning, setup, and ensuring high-quality images.
Training from a Cardio-Vascular program required. Minimum of three years practical experience or equivalent preferred. RDMS or RCS certification required.
