Job Description:

Arc is recruiting for an experienced night supervisor for the 5* venue of Knowlsey Hall.

This role offers ongoing, regular work. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting various events, from large weddings to corporate parties.
• Assisting with event breakdowns.
• Looking after guests during the night and being available for queries or issues.
• Ensuring the site is secure for all guests.
• Shifts are from 10pm/11pm to 6am.

Customer service skills are essential, along with good availability. We seek candidates with the right attitude: positive, friendly, hardworking, and reliable.

Due to the venue's location and shift timings, having your own transport is essential.

Desired qualities include:

• Eagerness to work, positive attitude, and good team skills.
• Reliability and commitment.
• Excellent communication and command of English.
• Legal right to live and work in the UK.
• Experience in a similar role with a proactive approach.

PAY RATES:

This position initially involves weekend work, with some mid-week work based on events.
