Job Description
SRG is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcer to join a global pharmaceutical company based in Dublin. This role involves delivering strong talent pipelines for niche roles by working closely with talent acquisition partners and hiring managers, utilizing various recruitment tools.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to develop a robust talent pipeline for niche roles.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs, focusing on niche and critical skill areas within the location-based functional area.
- Guide hiring managers on talent supply and demand using market intelligence tools to support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Identify, engage, and activate passive candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, specialist channels, and innovative search techniques for both active and long-term talent needs.
- Leverage CRM systems to cultivate and build talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
- Make data-driven recommendations for targeting talent effectively.
- Participate in digital marketing campaigns to showcase activity and attract passive talent.
- Share market and competitive intelligence proactively to inform talent, business, and organizational decisions.
- Represent the company positively, strengthen employer branding, and inspire candidates to join Novartis.
- Ensure data compliance within systems and tools (CRM, Applicant Tracking System, social media) and adhere to relevant labor and employment laws.
- Screen and assess talent sourced directly in line with role requirements.
- Adhere to Novartis, People & Organization, and Talent Acquisition policies and processes.
- Provide real-time, data-driven insights to the Head of TA and functional areas regarding market dynamics to inform reward and organizational decisions.
Experience and Qualifications
- 5+ years of Level 4 recruitment experience, either in an agency or in-house talent acquisition team.
- Proven sourcing experience in recruitment agencies, consulting, or in-house environments.
- Experience collaborating across countries and functions, managing partner relationships in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong process ownership and accountability skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems, e.g., Avature.
- Ability to utilize market intelligence tools to guide hiring decisions.
- Curiosity, collaboration, and solution-focused mindset.
- Deep understanding of technical requirements for commercial, medical, and value & access roles, including functional skills and role value.
- Experience developing diverse pipelines, preferably within the Commercial function.
- Knowledge of the latest regional hiring trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
