Our Design Managers work across the project lifecycle, including asset planning, concept design, outline, and detailed design. Our projects span clean water treatment, networks, wastewater treatment, flooding, and urban drainage. Our local teams are involved in initiatives like Hull and East Riding’s Living with Water, Clifton Wetland, and frameworks with Yorkshire Water, United Utilities, Northumbrian Water, and more.

As Design Manager, you will identify innovative solutions, collaborate with clients, oversee technical delivery, and lead multidisciplinary teams. You will work with the Project Manager to deliver value and client satisfaction, supported by Stantec’s expertise.

About You

We seek passionate engineers capable of leading and inspiring teams, with confidence to drive solutions. Candidates should hold a degree (or equivalent) in engineering, ideally be chartered or a member of a relevant institution like ICE. Support for achieving chartership is available.
