Job Title: Newly Qualified Nurse

As a newly qualified nurse at HC-One, you will be supported to grow in your career with our Gold Standard Nursing Preceptorship Programme, helping you to build on your existing skillset while practicing in a nurse-led environment.

You will make a difference to our residents at a vulnerable time, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions, which is both humbling and rewarding.

About you

• You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number, committed to the standards of practice set by the NMC.
• You will have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge, supporting students as a practice supervisor and assessor.
• You understand the importance of effective communication and role model professional behaviours.
• You advocate for a person-centred approach to care for residents and their families.
• You can recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to report concerns, including escalation if necessary.
