  2. Client Strategy & Relationships - Act as a trusted advisor to high-profile clients, providing strategic insights and building lasting relationships that drive business growth.
  3. Team Leadership & Development - Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team, nurturing their professional growth and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  4. Financial Expertise & Analysis - Provide technical expertise in valuation modeling, due diligence, and financial structuring, ensuring robust and strategic decision-making.
  5. Business Development - Take ownership of expanding our corporate finance services, identifying new opportunities, and helping the firm grow both regionally and nationally.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Finance Associate Director should have:

  • Corporate Finance Experience - Significant experience in managing and executing corporate finance transactions, ideally at a senior or director level.
  • Professional Qualifications - ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications with a proven track record in the corporate finance sector.
