Job Description:

Position: Barista

Hourly Rate: £13.50

We’re looking for our barista team to help cover full service hours from 8am to 4pm. Whether you’re seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

Enjoy a free bus service for staff on routes 21 or 460.

We seek Baristas with great energy, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for coffee! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can make a perfect flat white, we want to meet you.

As part of our contract catering team, you’ll serve more than just coffee — you’ll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
• Providing friendly, professional service with a smile
• Supporting light food prep, restocking, and maintaining the café area
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café environment (training available for the right candidate)
• A passion for great coffee and customer service
• Confidence, reliability, and teamwork skills
• A calm, positive attitude under pressure
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and lunchtimes
