This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategically minded Audit Partner to join our expanding Exeter Audit Team.

Working closely with the Head of Audit and wider audit team, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team as we continue on our exciting growth journey.

We have ambitious plans to significantly grow our audit fee revenue over the next five years, and this role will be key to delivering those plans.

We are keen to hear from experienced Audit Directors looking to progress to Partner level or existing Audit Partners seeking to have a significant input into a leading firm’s long-term strategic direction.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and collaborating with our Exeter audit team to deliver a broad range of Corporate, Not for Profit, and Charity audit engagements.
2. Developing our audit team, including recruiting team members and mentoring Managers/Senior Managers to reach their potential.
3. Working with our Partner team on strategic growth plans for Exeter.
4. Collaborating with our Head of Audit and other Audit Partners to formulate and implement our firmwide audit strategy.

About you

To be considered for this role, you will need to be:

• An RI with experience managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients across sectors.
• A strong business developer eager to expand contacts and networks within the West Midlands business community.
• A capable People Manager who enjoys building and developing teams.
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills able to influence at all levels.
• Able to access transport and hold a full driving license.
