An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to participate as a successful and dynamic team member on Ward 15 at Burnley, demonstrating effective teamwork through excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Ward 15 has achieved GOLD status on the most recent NAPF assessment.

Main duties of the job

Ward 15 is a 24-bedded ward primarily for Elective Orthopaedic surgery, also accommodating beds for step-down trauma Orthopaedic patients who are post-surgery and require extended stays for assessment and discharge planning.

The role requires flexibility, as the posts are for day and night shifts on a rolling rota. It is essential that you work well within a team and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
