Hourly Rate: £13.50

We’re looking for our barista team to help cover full service hours from 8am to 4pm. Whether you’re seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

We’re seeking Baristas with great energy, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for coffee! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can make a perfect flat white, we want to hear from you.

As part of our contract catering team, you’ll serve more than just coffee — you’ll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Responsibilities
  • Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
  • Providing friendly, professional service
  • Supporting light food prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness
  • Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
  • Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience as a barista or in a café (training available for the right candidate)
  • Passion for coffee and customer service
  • Reliable, confident, and team-oriented
  • Calm and proactive attitude, even during busy times
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including mornings and lunchtimes
