Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain high levels of care by supporting residents with daily living activities.
• Support training and supervise junior and new staff under senior staff guidance.
• Respond to Nurse Call system, answer the door and telephone, and pass messages promptly.
• Report on residents’ well-being and liaise with GPs and Support Managers.
• Perform regular checks on residents as directed.
• Provide personal and psychological care professionally, including medication, toileting, bathing, etc.
• Complete required records accurately and timely, including changeover and Keyworker documentation.
