Job Title: Store Manager

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Donington Park Services, M1 Junction 23A, Castle Donington, Derby DE74 2TN

Job Overview

As a Store Manager, you will focus on people, creating a memorable customer experience. You will be empowered to treat your restaurant as your own and help shape a winning culture.

You will lead your team in delivering Burger King’s flame-grilled menu and exceptional customer service, transforming the UK’s rest stop experience.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates may be assistant general managers, deputy managers, or those already in retail, catering, or hospitality management roles seeking career progression.

Additional Information

This role is internally called Department Manager. The annual bonus can be up to 20%, subject to location and performance.
