Global Account Director | Print Management | Paris | €125k - €135k + OTE

A fast-growing, globally established commercial communication group with a strong presence globally. Specializing in marketing execution and creative commerce, partnering with leading international brands to bring innovation, efficiency, and creative value to their communications and operations.

As Global Account Director you will be responsible for:

  • Managing, growing and coordinating global onsite Account Management teams
  • Driving innovation and added value solutions
  • Managing and providing strategic support for commercial pitches and proposals
  • Steering growth opportunities, identifying and driving growth opportunities in marketing execution and creative commerce
  • Managing international contract negotiations and compliance
  • Sharing and implementing best practices globally, rolling out consistent methods, tools, and processes across business units

Key attributes required:

  • Background in print management or marketing execution
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective in negotiation and relationship building
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and service-focused
