As a Senior Change Consultant, you will work with our clients, our applications, and technology consultants to manage and deliver people change, providing advice and support to ensure full engagement, project success, and benefits realization. You will focus on building the client’s capability using our CE&A Business Change Framework.


Hybrid working: Your work location will vary based on your role, needs, and business requirements; it will typically include Company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you cannot work remotely 100% of the time.


If offered this position, you will undergo pre-employment checks, including identity, nationality or immigration status, employment history for the past 3 years, and a criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service).

Your role

You will join the Change Enablement & Adoption team within Capgemini, a group of over 70 professionals creating people-centric solutions for technology change projects across industries. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with clients on the people aspects of technology-enabled transformations, including ERP, Microsoft, and bespoke solutions.
  2. Participating in sales and pre-sales activities, including client presentations and bid contributions.
  3. Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, influencing at senior levels.
  4. Applying excellent consulting skills such as facilitating workshops, solving complex problems, and developing documentation.
  5. Enhancing our capabilities by bringing innovation and best practices to our offerings.

Your skills and experience

  • Strong consulting skills, including facilitation, problem-solving, communication, trust-building, working with ambiguity, and quick thinking.
  • Experience in applying organizational change elements in technology projects, such as stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, business impact mitigation, readiness assessments, culture change, and adoption measurement.
  • Involvement in sales and proposal activities, including presenting and managing proposals.
  • Experience with IT implementations, especially ERP systems or large custom solutions, is desirable.

Your security clearance

Security Check (SC) clearance is required. To obtain SC clearance, candidates must have resided in the UK continuously for the past 5 years and meet other criteria. During recruitment, questions about eligibility, nationality, and residence will be asked. Some roles may be restricted to UK nationals for security reasons.
