Join our friendly Fleet Service team, where you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our customers. Your role includes working outdoors in car parks, welcoming customers on arrival, and assisting with returns – all while providing first-class service. Your Role at SIXT:

• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain high standards
• Complete all necessary handover paperwork with customers for smooth transitions
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches
• Inspect vehicles for damage during collection and return, report issues, and complete documentation
• Confirm damages with customers, ensure signing of documents, and notify the Branch Manager
• Assist in refueling vehicles and support branch operations while representing the SIXT brand with outstanding customer service

Your Skills Matter:

• Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment, work under pressure, independently or as part of a team
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate paperwork and vehicle inspections
• Communication: Maintain strong, friendly interactions with customers
• Flexibility: Be open to shift rotations to cover branch hours
