Job summary

We are seeking dedicated Patient Experience Volunteers to join our team at West Cumberland Hospital in Whitehaven.

This role focuses on gathering patient and carer feedback, which is a top priority for North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.

As a volunteer, you will help us understand the views and opinions of service users—identifying what we do well and areas for improvement. Your tasks include assisting with patient surveys via iPads or paper forms across wards and departments.
