Scope:

The position is for the Regional Head of the Sub Vertical within the Consumer Retail & Fashion industry, representing the sub-vertical's management, growth, leadership, and talent development across the designated regions (EUR/META, APAC, AMERICAS).

Key responsibilities include:

• Existing Book of Business: Establish and develop relationships with senior management, maintain close ties with operational leadership, proactively seek new sales opportunities, and align strategies with global leadership to enhance customer satisfaction and partnership.
• New Business Development: Focus on winning new business, maintaining a focused pipeline, and targeting strategic accounts aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Financial Performance: Develop and present business cases, detailing assumptions, investments, costs, and timelines.
• Lead System Demonstrator: Become proficient in presenting PSA BDP's IT solutions and leading discussions.
• Control Tower Engagement: Mentor and support the control tower team to optimize workflows and performance.
• Vertical Strategy: Develop regional pipelines, support rapid growth, and ensure the team demonstrates value in closing new business.

Role Details:

Establish and maintain strategies for new business development and existing customer management, set KPIs, and pursue continuous improvement. Engage with customers to foster relationships and identify new markets. Maintain professional knowledge through training and seminars. Identify procedural gaps for improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of ocean freight and CFS warehouse operations.
• Experience in freight services, serving global retail clients.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to define operational processes.
• Excellent communication, motivation, resilience, and results-driven mindset.
• Analytical skills and ability to generate practical solutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively, over 40% expected.
• Minimum 5 years operational experience in global freight forwarding/logistics.
• At least 2 years in CFS warehousing, contract logistics, and related fields.
• Knowledge of 3PL and order management operations.
• Fluent in English and local languages.
