Learning and Development (L&D) is a key enabler of our strategy as an Audit Stream and is critical to our success. It helps us attract, develop, and retain talented individuals who take pride in their work and deliver results. Effective L&D supports quality and productivity by developing the necessary knowledge and skills, helping our people reach their potential.
Effective L&D requires specialist resources to partner with the Audit Stream, identify training needs, and respond appropriately. It involves careful planning, project management, a critical-thinking and commercial mindset, and understanding regulatory requirements. We also focus on the latest innovations, tools, and technology to develop tailored, relevant, and timely personal and professional development.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, high-performing, and ambitious manager to join the Audit Stream L&D team during a period of strategic embedding. Working alongside our existing Faculty Manager, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining the Faculty strategy and broader offerings, supporting effective learning. You will also support the delivery of key programmes as a facilitator. This role reports to the Business Partnering and Implementation Lead within the Learning Implementation team.
The Learning Implementation team aims to provide the best possible learning experience, managing project, risk, financial, and commercial aspects of our programmes, including leading the Faculty proposition.
The Faculty supports programme delivery through facilitation. It comprises dedicated facilitators who support programme delivery throughout the year. The Faculty Managers oversee daily operations, including onboarding, development, and evaluation of Faculty members, collaborating with the Monitoring and Reporting Team. They also support wider programme delivery and project management activities.
