Your role will include:

• Creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team.
• Implementing a fun and age-appropriate curriculum that inspires learning.
• Conducting developmental assessments and documenting children’s progress.
• Helping plan and lead enriching activities and centre events.
• Taking on leadership duties when required.

Who we’re looking for:

• Experienced ECE educators (qualified preferred, but all passionate applicants considered).
• Strong communicators with a warm, collaborative approach.
• Teachers with a passion for early learning, ideally comfortable working across all preschool age groups.
• Individuals interested in or experienced with the Montessori philosophy.
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand. We are not offering visa sponsorship at this time.
