Responsibilities

Key involvement in the origination and execution of Corporate Finance transactions across multiple sectors
Preparation of presentations for clients and regular interaction with them
Playing an active role in the execution of mandates
Attendance at meetings

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

M&A experience accrued within a credible investment bank or boutique, potentially from a sector team, specialist M&A group or country team
Thorough financial analysis skills and ability to think commercially
Extensive experience in preparing presentation materials and advanced financial modelling skills
Outstanding academic credentials
Enjoy working in a team and possessing excellent written and spoken communication skills
