Job Title: Night Shift PTS Train Cleaner (Temp to Perm)
Location: Peterborough Spital Sidings
Pay Rate: £12.19 to £19.52 per hour (Enhanced Sunday Rates)

The Role:
We are looking for two dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Night Shift PTS Train Cleaners. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards across two depot sites (a 20–25 minute walk apart) to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for railway customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep and thorough cleaning of train interiors
• Following strict safety protocols in a busy depot environment
• Communicating effectively to maintain high standards of work and safety

While a sentinel card with PTS (AC/DC) competencies is preferred, it’s not essential as full training will be provided by Ganymede Solutions.

Shift Pattern:
This role operates on a 7-day rotating roster covering the hours of 22:00pm–05:00am, including weekends. Flexibility is essential, and overtime opportunities are available at management’s discretion.

Pay Rate & Benefits:

• Standard Hours (35 hours per week): £12.19 per hour
• Overtime (36+ hours) and Rest Days: £18.15 per hour
• Sunday Shifts: £21.18 per hour
• Pay increases after 12 weeks under Agency Worker Regulations (AWR)
• Comprehensive training provided, including depot protection, site safety, cleaning solutions, and PTS training
• Opportunity to secure a permanent position after 6 months

About You:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience in vehicle, industrial, or commercial cleaning environments
• A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering a clean and safe environment
• Flexible with working night shifts on a 7-day roster
• Willingness to follow strict safety protocols in this safety-critical role

All candidates must pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening, and complete training in depot and site safety.
