Position: Payroll HR Administrator
Hours:

Monday to Friday, 25 Hours Per Week

Contract:

Part Time / Permanent

Basic Salary:

Negotiable depending on experience.

About the Payroll HR Administrator role:

Due to further growth plans, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Payroll HR Administrator to join a modern working atmosphere on a Part Time, Permanent basis, working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a small team at the head office in Coalville, Leicester
  • Process monthly payroll for employees, including stakeholders
  • Update changes and amendments regarding salary, tax codes, absences, and sickness
  • Assist in workplace pension enrolment and administration
  • Maintain records within internal systems
  • Ensure payroll inputs are completed accurately and on time
  • Analyze and resolve queries and discrepancies
  • Perform additional duties as required with flexibility
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience using Payroll software (ESSENTIAL)
  • Ability to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday (ESSENTIAL)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident, enthusiastic, with a 'can-do' attitude
