Job Description:

What’s the role about?

We are looking for a talented and engaged student to join our ESG team as a Sustainability & ESG Placement. This role will support the ESG Coordinator and Manager in delivering the ESG Roadmap targets, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include administrative duties, sustainability and ethical trade tasks such as supplier onboarding and data collection.

Qualifications:

• Currently in your second year of studies, available for a 52-week placement from July.

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
• Passionate about a career in the luxury fashion industry.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Ability to work confidently both in a team and independently.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting supplier and factory onboarding, maintaining supplier maps, and managing Next Code of Practice audits.
• Assisting in delivering ESG roadmap targets as directed by the Senior ESG Coordinator.
• Gathering and reporting ethical trade and sustainability data, managing critical paths, and organizing files.
• Monitoring sustainable product development and business targets.
• Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams on ESG queries.
• Engaging with external stakeholders like consultants and industry groups on CSR issues.
