Who are we?

We are FBC UK, part of Fox's Burton's Companies! We bake the UK's most incredible biscuits (we might be slightly biased, but we'll leave that for you to judge).

FBC UK was formed by the merger of two of the top UK biscuit manufacturers, Burton's Biscuits and Fox's Biscuits, creating a unique, integrated company.

Our iconic brands include Maryland, Fox's, Jammie Dodgers, and Rocky, among others. We supply major UK retailers and household names, baking at eight bakeries across the UK, including Isle of Arran, Livingston, Blackpool, Llantarnam, Edinburgh, Kirkham, Batley, Dorset, and our HQ in St Albans. We employ approximately 4,000 colleagues.

Currently the second-largest biscuit manufacturer in the UK, we aim to become the market leader.

We believe our people are the key ingredient to our success, bringing passion and innovation to our brands. We value diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a supportive environment for all.

We offer various learning opportunities to support professional and personal growth, encouraging our colleagues to learn from each other and thrive.
