37.5 hours per week on a 3-week rolling rota
Starting salary £24,999 pa, employee assistance programme, 30 days annual leave

A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Shift Manager.

You will lead and manage a team of residential support staff while also being included in the staffing ratios. To do this effectively you should have previous experience in working with those with learning disabilities and have successfully managed or led a care team. You should be Level 3 (Health & Social Care) qualified or working towards this qualification. You will have high standards and expect the same of your team.
